Serve perfectly dimpled waffles to your customers with the Dualit double waffle iron. With a quick heat-up time of just eight minutes, this 1.6kW countertop appliance can produce approximately 60 waffles per hour

The iron boasts two hotplates that each produce a 160mm waffle ring, which is divided into four portions. These plates are non-stick and feature a double coating for easy release and simple cleaning. They can also be operated simultaneously or separately, allowing for energy conservation.

The Dualit double waffle iron is crafted from heavy-gauge, satin finished stainless steel. It comes fitted with non-slip feet and includes a safety override cut-out feature that prevents it from overheating.

Advice from their experts:

If your waffles stick to the plates, it could be because of the type of mix you’re using. Waffle mixes with low sugar content can be cooked at higher temperatures, while high sugar mixes require a lower temperature to stop the outside caramelising before the inside has cooked. Using a little spray oil can also help release the waffles too.
